Our last meeting was held at the ABC restaurant in Nanaimo on Aug. 17th and the weather was sunny and warm.

Secretary's Report
Hi there everyone. Just a short note to let everyone know what is happening. Unfortunately, the North Island Ride has been cancelled due to lack of response from members and a dismal weather forecast. My thanks and apologies to the three people who did respond. Ah well, maybe next year? Anyway, Norm has asked me to remind everyone that he will be starting to collect our annual dues at our next meeting. (listed below) Also Norm is actively recruiting new members to keep our numbers up. If you know of anyone out there who fits the bill be sure and mention what a good group we are, especially the handsome, good looking, intelligent, and humble secretary. See you at the meeting.

Our next meeting will be held on Sunday October 5th 2008 at 11:30 AM at the ABC restaurant which is just north of the Woodgrove Mall in Nanaimo. They are located at 6671 Maryellen Drive. Their phone number is (250) 390-4064 in case you get lost. Come out and support your Chapter and I'm sure a good time will be had by all.
